What began 20 years ago with a humble kitchen and a small collection of silver trays has grown into Denver’s most versatile caterer, redefining excellence in food and service in a wide variety of settings and venues.

Cañon Catering has always stood for hand-crafted, seasonal cuisine using top-shelf ingredients to create the perfect setting for entertaining friends, family, and clients throughout the Denver area.  We’re adamant that it not be stuffy or pretentious; we can fit into any environment, no matter how casual or formal.  Where we truly set ourselves apart, however, is with our ability to provide the same quality of food and service, regardless of one’s price considerations.

In 2009, we created a new catering company called Taco Mojo by taking the rustic, sophisticated cuisine of Mexico and interpreting it into something exciting, something modern.  We knew that guests would enjoy creating their own version of the “perfect taco,” but the response has been nothing short of overwhelming.  Back when Cañon Catering started, I felt sure there were no boundaries.  I’m even more sure of that today.
