About Ordering

Placing orders / Confirmation

                                  Please call our office at 303-683-6878 to place your order from 8 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday. You may also contact us at info@canoncatering.com.  We request a 48 hour notice for your delivery, but will make every effort to accommodate short notice orders. All orders will be confirmed to you via email or phone. In turn, we request your signature to complete the order. Menu changes or guest count changes will require a emailed or voice confirmation.

Minimum orders / Delivery and Service charges

                          Our weekday orders begin at 300.00 for food & beverage, and weeknight/weekend orders begin at 500.00. Most weekday deliveries in the immediate metro area are 50.00, and include pick-up.  Weekend deliveries and deliveries to locations outside the immediate metro area may incur an additional cost.   There is a 10% service charge for delivery and pick-up service, which covers equipment usage, delivery preparation, and clean-up at our kitchen.  Staffed events will include a 20% service charge, which is calculated at 20% of food, beverage, and staff .

Payment

                              Orders over 500.00 will require a deposit at the time the order is placed. Final payment is due 24 hours prior to delivery if paying with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Personal or business checks may be paid at the time of delivery, and should be made payable to Cañon Catering.

Delivery Details

                            We will arrive approximately 45 minutes prior to your buffet time. It is our goal to have your order set-up and ready 15 minutes prior to the time you would like guests to eat. All daytime pick-up’s will be made 2 hours after the buffet is set. Pick-up’s for evening deliveries will be made the next morning.

To keep delivery charges at a minimum, we request that all leftover food be taken care of prior to our arrival.  Unfortunately, additional charges will apply if the driver must return at a later time to pick up lost or missing equipment, or buffets that are still “in progress.”

Plates / Cutlery / Napkins / Cups / Table Coverings

                        Cañon Catering provides high quality disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins on some buffets, which will be noted at the bottom of the menu. When disoposables are not included, they may be purchased for .75 – 1.75 per guest, depending upon the event and the type that you would prefer.  Cups are included when beverages are purchased. We also provide microfiber table coverings for buffets, which are calculated at 6.00 each.

Buffet Set-up

                                  Please inquire as to table needs for your event.  Most buffets require about 8-12 ft. of table space, depending upon the number of guests you are expecting. More space is always better. Please let us know about your bufet space so that we can plan accordingly.  If you have ordered beverages or appetizers, a separate table or space arrangement may work best.

Equipment

                                    We provide all equipment necessary for your buffet, which includes chafing dishes, serving utensils, trays, and bowls.  Although table linens are not included on most buffets, they may be added to any order for 10.00 each. Cañon Catering believes in serving attractive buffets while being environmentally conscious.  Therefore, we do not provide disposable platters and serving pieces. All items not returned are subject to a replacement fee.

Cancellations

                                      Cancellations require a 72-hour notice.  although deposits are non-refundable, a 72-hour notice may prevent additional charges.
