Monte Johnson founded Cañon Catering in 1996 with the goal of providing unique, interesting, and most importantly, delicious food to individuals and companies who were tired of the “same old, same old.”
Cañon Catering mixes flavors in unique and sometimes surprising ways, reflecting his American Bistro style of cooking, which produces updated, modern versions of classical cuisine.
Cañon Catering, however, believes that service is just as important as the food. “many of our staff members have been with us for six, seven, eight years. We’ve made it a priority to provide consistent, quality service that our clients can count on. Our clients enjoy seeing the same staff members time after time at their yearly events,” Johnson says.
